Research Use Only

All products offered by Aris Bio Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Our products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, therapeutic applications, or diagnostic purposes.

Because our products are specialized research materials, all sales are considered final except as expressly stated in this policy.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened, and unaltered products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

• Products must remain in their original, sealed packaging.
• Products must not have been opened, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• A Return Authorization may be required before items are sent back.

Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less original shipping charges and a 10% processing fee, which helps offset non-refundable payment processing costs. Refunds are issued only after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the package and products (when applicable)

Claims submitted after the 7-day reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or other resolution.

After review, Aris Bio Labs will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or another remedy at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
